A recent step in that direction is our investment in the HAP exoskeleton, a smart solution that reduces physical strain and helps prevent back problems.
Why an Exoskeleton?
Work at our extrusion site in De Lier can be physically demanding, especially on the back. Back pain is among the most common physical complaints in physically intensive professions. That’s why our HR department, together with R&D, tested the HAP exoskeleton, focusing on the following benefits:
Active back support during lifting and prolonged physical exertion
Prevention of complaints such as muscle strain and fatigue
Promotion of long-term sustainable employability

How Does the HAP Exoskeleton Work?
