Custom aluminium extrusion

Aluminium extrusion is a manufacturing process in which an aluminium billet is forced through a die under high pressure. The result: profiles with a specific cross-section: from simple to highly complex. Extrusion offers excellent design flexibility, high dimensional accuracy and efficient material use.

We produce aluminium profiles with properties tailored to your application:

  • Profile weights: 150 g/m to 10 kg/m, in NL even till 16 kg/m

  • Lengths: up to 16 metres

  • Press diameters: 7 and 9 inch, in NL also 8 inch

  • Alloys: 6060, 6063, 6005A & 6082

We significantly reduce our CO₂ footprint by sourcing billets produced using renewable energy sources such as solar, wind and hydropower. But also by recycling aluminium scrap, sourcing 100% green electricity and on-site solar generation.
