As part of the commitment to sustainability, BOAL Group has been working diligently towards reducing its carbon footprint, by implementing various energy-saving measures and adopting renewable energy sources. The efforts have resulted in a 9% % reduction in Scope 1, 2 and 3 CO2 emissions per tonne aluminum, in 2022, compared to the previous year.

The 2022 ESG report highlights the progress made to advance BOAL’s strategy on Environmental, Social and Governance topics and deliverables towards its ambitious 2030 goals. It confirms BOAL’s commitment to put ESG at the heart of everything it does, serving the long-term interests of all its stakeholders.
