From concept to extrusion: a process built on collaboration
We begin by listening and asking the right questions. What are the functional requirements? Where will the profile sit within the assembly? What tolerances, finishes or machining steps are needed? What’s the budget and what are the time constraints?
From there, we jointly initiate the design process. We develop prototypes, select the appropriate aluminium alloy and prepare for extrusion - step by step, in close consultation. Machining and finishing options are carefully aligned to ensure every profile meets the required specifications.
