Seven years ago, in September 2015, all 193 member states of the United Nations approved a plan to achieve a better future for all, protect our planet and fight injustice. The goal is to end extreme poverty and high inequality by 2030.
These goals are formulated in 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The SDGs are essential for a society that leads to greener, more inclusive economies and stronger, more resilient societies.
